Ingredients


  • 1 pkt Zafarelli Spaghettini
  • 2 tbsp un-salted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 lge cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp shredded lemon zest
  • 24 green (raw) prawn tails, peeled, cleaned and halved lengthways
  • 300mls pouring cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped fresh dill
  • Lemon wedges to serve

Method


Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions, drain. While the pasta is cooking, heat the butter and olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, add the garlic, chilli and zest and cook gently for 2 minutes. Add the prawns tails and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until the prawns are tender and lightly golden. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add the cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the pan and increase the heat so that the cream boils and thickens. Immediately toss through the pasta and prawns to combine and coat with the creamy sauce. Garnish with the fresh dill and extra lemon wedges. Serve with a simple green salad
